“Carelockers” is our latest Care Box Initiative.
Our Care Locker's mission is to nurture community bonds with some of the most marginalised people in our society: the short, medium and long term homeless.
social inclusion for community benefit by providing relief to those who find themselves socially excluded, whilst assisting them to integrate into society.
In this case ‘Socially Excluded’ means exclusion from society, or parts of society, as a result of factors ranging from, unemployment, ill health (physical or mental), or disability.
The promotion of social inclusion for the betterment of the community amongst people between the ages of 16 to 30 who are socially excluded is particularly significant.
It’s hoped that providing this group with an opportunity to build capacity by establishing and growing a business will relieve the needs of those people and assist them to integrate into society.
To relieve and assist people in Australia and Oceania who are the victims of war, natural disaster, suffering, or catastrophe, in particular by the supply of shelter to such persons.
This will be achieved through the acquisition and delivery of Careboxes to such areas and will be helped by partnering with others in order to ensure that this aid is delivered to the right places, and that the needs of those suffering the disaster are best met.
